Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Photo Booth Condotti (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for photo booth experiences at weddings and events. By booking our services, you agree to the following:

1. Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid in full 14 before the event date.

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and signed agreement.

2. Venue Requirements

To ensure a successful photo booth experience, clients must:

• Provide a minimum space of 3x3 meters near a power outlet.

• Ensure the location is sheltered from weather and accessible for setup at least 30 minutes before the start time.

If these conditions are not met, we cannot guarantee setup or operation, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Attendant Provisions

Our attendants work to enhance the guest experience. We kindly require:

• That one meal per attendant is provided by the client or event host.

• Access to restroom facilities and a place to store personal items securely.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

All photographs, videos, boomerangs, and any other media captured by our photo booth or operators are the intellectual property of Photo Booth Condotti.

We reserve the right to:

• Use content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes (online or print).

• Share, license, or sell media to third parties at our discretion.

If you have privacy or usage concerns, please notify us in writing before the event.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus the deposit.

• Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable and must be paid in full.

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Technical malfunctions due to venue-related issues (e.g., power outage, space limitations).

• Damages caused by guests to our equipment.

We reserve the right to shut down the booth if safety is compromised.

7. Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Photobooth Condotti reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. It is the client's responsibility to regularly check for updates. Continued use of our services and website after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
